Welcome to the 2026 Riverton Yacht Club Learn to Sail Program!

RYC offers a learn-to-sail program for all levels of experience from beginner (never been on a boat) to those looking to practice and improve their sailing skills. All lessons are taught by qualified sailing instructors. It is the goal of the program that all sailors will learn to confidently handle one of our small boats but also learn about teamwork, safety, terminology, valuable problem-solving techniques, and how to properly handle themselves in a variety of situations both on and off the water. We have lots of fun and sailors will come home with plenty of stories from their hands-on sailing experiences! Bring a friend and enjoy a summer of sailing! Riverton Yacht Club Learn to Sail program is open to sailors from ages 7-16.

Select all of the sessions (AM and PM) that you would like to sign up for a single student. Sailing classes not displayed in the Event Fees section below are currently filled. Registrations are not complete until payment is submitted. "(# remaining)" indicates the number of paid registration slots still open.

A 10% discount will be applied if a student is registered for 2 or more half day sessions.

If a student is registered for both the AM and PM sessions in the same 2 week period, supervision is included over the lunch hour between the sessions (noon - 1pm).

Registration cannot be combined for multiple students, each student must have their own registration and associated payment.

US Sailing Membership is not required. The US SAILING Member ID (USA ONLY) field can be left blank.
