In consideration of your acceptance, I hereby agree as follows: I agree to comply with all rules and instructions issued by SCYA and the host yacht club. I hereby release the SCYA, the host yacht club or participating sailing association, and its officers, agents and committee persons, from any and all liability for any injury to myself my vessel arising out my participation in this regatta. I assume any risk of injury or death arising out of my participation in the regatta, failure or breakage of my vessel or any of its equipment, or either conditions. I am a member in good standing of a Yacht Club or Association recognized by SCYA, US SAILING, SCCA, or AMYA.
