In consideration of my participation in the 2026 BVI Dinghy Championships and/or related events and activities, I hereby accept all the risks and responsibilities of participating and Hereby unconditionally release and waive any and all claims against the Royal BVI Yacht Club, its volunteers, members, officers, directors, committees, agents and/or employees arising out of or in any way connected with such participation. In the case of medical emergency, I hereby consent to the rendering by the Royal BVI Yacht Club of emergency first aid, other medical procedures and/or transportation to a facility for medical care that at the time of injury or illness seem reasonably advisable.
