Regatta Network provides online registration and event management services specifically designed for sailing events, camps, and classes. Since 2005, we’ve processed over 45,000 registrations for 1,000+ sailing events in the US, Canada, Europe and the Carribean.  

Our web based system was designed by sailors for sailors to make your program or event run more efficiently and smoother. Whether you are responsible for a regional junior regatta, a community sailing program, or are hosting a national championship, Regata Network has been designed to streamline and simplify event management from the event creation, registration & payment processing, to graduation or scoring. From the start to finish, every element of your event is created, hosted and stored in a secure database. The power of this database lets you focus on managing the event rather than managing the paperwork.

We now offer your classes, clubs or programs using our registration engine a FREE, easily customizable CMS website through our SailSpace.net domain. Your event can have a custom sailspace URL for all your registration, news and sponsorship needs.

Regatta Registration & Management System

Since 2005, Regatta Network has provided online registration and event management services specifically designed for sailing events.

Beyond registration and payment processing, the system provides a centralized portal for management of your event. Entrant data is entered once, and cascades directly to:

• Entrant Lists by Fleet
• Fleet Splits
• Entry/Waiver Forms
• On The Water Check-In & Finsh Sheets
• Entrant Email Console
• Scoring -- Either online or with popular programs.
• Online Store for sales of event meal packages or
  merchandise

All the functionality is built into web applets that are easily integrated into your website, so all registration and event information remains branded for your club or event. 

There is NO software to buy, NO set-up fee, NO hosting fees, NO credit card fees, NO merchant account fees. Just a simple low percentage of registrations and meal or merchandise orders processed through the system.

Sailors for the Sea is only nonprofit environmental organization working specifically with boaters around the country to protect and restore our oceans and local waters. Their Clean Regattas program is a free certification program that helps regattas, yacht clubs and sailing programs do just that. Using the resources and materials Sailors for the Sea has developed, their staff will work with you to help your event make a positive impact on the local waters, provide environmentally-responsible incentives to your racers, and even reduce the costs associated with planning a regatta or sailing season. We encourage everyone to consider becoming a Clean Regatta, which you can do by visiting www.cleanregattas.org, or by requesting more information from Sailors for the Sea. When you register with the Clean Regattas program, Sailors for the Sea will work to communicate your efforts to your registered participants, and to integrate useful messaging into your Regatta Network registration page. NEW! Class Registration & Management System

Since 2008 Club & Community Sailing Centers have asked if they could use the Regatta Network system for their camps clinics and classes.

Naturally the answer was yes, but we've found that some or our systems and forms needed to be adapted for their applications. Every year, we ask for their input into updating and "tweaking" our system to better fit their needs. Based on their input, the Class/Clinic registration now includes:

• Registration for multiple sessaions on a single registration form.
• Session based rosters.
• Customized waivers, emergency release, and medical forms for your club.
• Discounts for members, and/or registration for multiple events.
• Online sales of program memberships or merchandise.

And more.... Naturally, since classes/camps and clinics don't need scoring and other regatta oriented features, they are charged at a lower rate - Just 6% of registration.
