Housing Rules:- If you request housing, then you are expected to honor your request.- Housing is provided ONLY for sailors and instructors coming to Edgartown without parents.- Assignments will be made as entries are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.- Curfew is 9:30pm and is STRICTLY enforced.- Alcohol & drugs are illegal & forbidden. Legal action may be taken if deemed appropriate.- Housing assignments may NOT be 'swapped' for ANY reason.- Soliciting your Housing Hosts for additional space/beds is forbidden.- Please bring a towel, pillow and sleeping bag. By requesting housing, I agree to honor the 'Housing Rules' listed above. Further, I understand and accept that the violation of these rules may result in the immediate dismissal from the Regatta. Any changes to housing must be communicated to and approved by the Housing Chairperson.jrhousing@edgartownyc.org HOSTS ARE ASKED TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION ONLY. PLEASE NOTE THAT HOUSING IS NOT GUARANTEED, AND IS LIMITED TO THE FIRST 85 SAILORS AND COACHES ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS. Any requests beyond the first 85 spaces will be on a “best efforts” only and special consideration will be given to Clubs that provide reciprocal housing to visiting EYC sailors. Younger sailors traveling with their parents must stay with their parents and housing by the EYC will not be provided.
