The Conundrum II 1. Rules The race will be governed by the Rules as defined in the current Racing Rules of Sailing, SOS-TEX Bylaws, this Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions. self-steering gear are allowed. This modifies RRS 52. 2. Eligibility This regatta is open to all single or double-handed yachts with a 2009 Galveston Bay PHRF certificate. Single and double-handed divisions will be formed in accordance with SOS-TEX bylaws. At least one crew member must be 18 years of age or older. A copy of the 2009 PHRF certificate must be delivered to the Race Committee prior to the start of the race for a yacht to be eligible. 3. Race Area/Course The racing area will be 4. Entries received after March 17, 2009 will be subject to a $10.00 late fee. Entry fees will be refunded upon request if the entry is withdrawn prior to the entry deadline. 5.
