PICYA invites all member clubs to participate in the PICYA Lipton Perpetual Series Regatta Hosted by the Sausalito Yacht Club. The Regatta consists of four (4) divisions for 2016: J-105; Express 27; SF 30, under SF 30 rules; Cal 20, to each of which a member club may send one boat. It is intended that three races will be run. The starting area will be Knox shoal.The helmsperson and tactician of each yacht shall be properly enrolled members of the sponsoring club.
