NOTICE AMENDMENT TO SAILING INSTRUCTIONS TED OSIUS MEMORIAL REGATTA JUNE 26, 2016 The CRCA (performance cruiser), the CRCA (fun), and the CHESSS (no-spin) classes will be combined and race in a class designated as “PHRF”. The starting flag for this class is a white square and flying the class flag while racing is not required for this class only. The finishing times for this PHRF handicap class will be corrected using Time-On-Time scoring. The A factor will be 725 and the B factor will be 550. Note: the TCF (time correction factor) = A/(B+PHRF) The first warning signal is scheduled for 1100. There will be at least one minute after the start of a class and before the warning for the next class. There may be a short postponement between starts to allow time to post a different course for subsequent classes.
