Added to the RCYC racing schedule in 1996, the Past Commodores’ Cup Race has become a favorite. The purpose of this race is to get the “old salt” PCs out on the race course again. Boats skippered by a PC are eligible for awards, but any and all boats are encouraged to compete for “The Kathleen Cup” as “Mere Mortals.” Best of all, we’ll see who wins this year’s Fugawi Award! (The Fugawi is awarded to the last place boat in the Past Commodores’ Division.)
