NOTICE TO COMPETITORS #1 Sailing Instructions Posting April 24, 2018 Updated Sailing Instructions & Courses have been posted to the US Sailing Regatta Network site: https://www.regattanetwork.com PLEASE READ CHANGES * Addition of Section 7.3 “Restricted Start-Finish Line” Restricted Start-Finish Line - After completing the first leg of the course, a boat shall not cross the starting line. A boat shall not cross the finishing line until she is completing the last leg of the course and finishes. For reasons of safety, a boat that breaks this rule shall not correct her error. However, she will be exonerated if she takes a Two-Turns Penalty (see rule 44.2).
