Join us for a fun race in honor of a great sailor, Navy man, and CIYC member, John Larson! The event is hosted by his widow and daughter, Betty Larson and Deborah Larson Tyhurst. This will be a Pursuit Race, ie, the boat with the highest handicap rating (theoretically, the slowest boat) will start first. Each boat is assigned a start time based on its rating, and the boat with the lowest rating starts last. As a result, the order in the boats finish determines their respective positions within the fleet.
