The regatta will be governed by: the 2017-2020 edition of the Racing Rules of Sailing; The Prescriptions of US Sailing; The International Optimist Dinghy Class Rules; The Notice of Series; The Notice of Race; and by these Sailing Instructions. If there is a conflict between the Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions, the Sailing Instructions shall apply.
