The Capital City Regatta is canceled. After significant deliberation with the PRSA Board we decided that canceling the event was more prudent that going ahead or going ahead with precautions. I know it is disappointing that we won't be out sailing but the safety of our community is important. I'm not yet clear on how we will refund regatta fees, it might go through the website or come back some other way. I will update those that have registered on this once we figure out a solution. ...
