The Florida Yacht Club, founded in 1876, is a beautiful club on the banks of the St Johns River. Since the late 1960's FYC has welcomed the Thistle Class to The Orange Peel Regatta. This regatta, steeped in history, has been a popular stop for ALL Thistle sailors from brand new boat owners and juniors to National Champions. FYC has prided ourselves as being a 'top stop" for competitive racing and strives to provide an amazing experience with great food and hospitality.
