We are awaiting guidance from our national organization, U.S. Sailing, as to how we should resume our programs.  Decisions regarding our 2020 summer camps will be based on U.S Sailing and CDC guidelines for reopening camps and summer activities, which may include the possibility of camp date changes and/or cancellation of camps due to lack of registrations.  A full refund will be given in the event of a camp cancellation due to the changes brought about by COVID-19 or the lack of registrations resulting from changes brought about by the current national situation.  Please check back for regular updates.

 

Enjoy a summer of fun! Sailors can learn sailing and seamanship skills at Halifax Youth Sailing. Our staff of experienced US Sailing Certified Instructors will teach your kids lifetime skills in our fleet of Optis, 420s, Lasers and Sunfish. 

 

The new sailors have an opportunity for non-stop fun in, on and around the water in a safe, clean, outdoor environment. No experience necessary. Over the duration of the course, students will progress through the ranks from Seaman to Skipper. 

 

Children should be comfortable in a life jacket and a swim check will be conducted on the first day.
