Dave Perry presents "The Rules from Start to Finish" An explanation of the rules with some tactical takeaways. This event is free to all. The Rules From Start to Finish is a Question & Answer session where Dave answers all the rules questions asked by the participants. Participants can send in their questions ahead of time (see information below), and/or bring them to the session. Dave will also have some common rule situations to share with the sailors and race officials, making this a great session for newcomers to the sport or sailors who have not studied the rules in awhile, as well as for sailors more experienced with the rules. Being more confident and clear on the rules reduces a lot of anxiety around other boats, and makes one a better player of the game.
