Lock out procedures: We will be posting a SI change that will award lock out line jumpers a 20% penalty for each race scored for those boats that do not adhere to the set lock out order. Please pay attention and have your radio on Channel 14 immediately after the skippers meeting. 1. Shallow to deep draft vessels. 2.
