Open to youth 10 to 17 years old who have successfully completed a US Sailing beginner, intermediate or advanced sail training program, are members of a US Sailing certified sailing program or can demonstrate sufficient swimming and sailing skills to safely participate in small boat racing. This event is an open event for the Optimus Dingy, Laser Radial, Sunfish and Club 420 classes. A limited number of CHYS boats (420, Laser Radial & Optimist) are available for youth members of other organizations who register with CHYS. Entries from organizations that bring three or more boats of other one design classes (i.e., Sunfish, Quest, Pico) to the event shall be considered for entry.
