The regatta is open to all boats of the International Optimist Dinghy (Green, Red, White, Blue),ILCA 4, ILCA 6, FJs and Club 420. The regatta is open to all Junior sailors. Competitors shall not have reached their 19th birthday by December 31, 2022. Registration/Check-in: will be July 1, 8:30 am - 9:30 am. The scheduled time of the warning signal for the first race is 11:00 am. No Warning Signal after 4:00 pm. Registration also includes a regatta cotton t-shirt. Please park ALL trailers (powerboat and sailboat trailers) at the Second Presbyterian Church (7305 Hampton Blvd. Norfolk, VA 23505), in the back of the Church. Coach and spectator boats can be ramped launched at NYCC on the ramp closest to the Hampton Blvd bridge. For further questions, please email the Sailing Director at ddanish@norfolkyacht.com
