Rehoboth Bay Sailing Association in collaboration with the Inland20 Fleet of the Potomac are proud to announce the first Dave Racine Regatta, a two day event on Rehoboth Bay for Lightnings and Inland20 scows. Everyone who knows Dave is excited for this event and dinner to honor his commitment to small sailboat racing and especially his lifelong love affair with the Lightning. Please join us for this special event and let Dave know in person how much he means to sailing.
