The 2023 Leo J Telesmanick Championship will be governed by the Racing Rules of
Sailing (RRS) 2021-2024, the prescriptions of the US Sailing Association, and the New
England Beetle Cat Boat Association Class regulations. The regatta is open to all boats complying with the current NEBCBA class regulations. Unless advised otherwise by the Race Committee in accordance with the Sailing Instructions, course circle will be centered approximately 0.5 NM W of Bass River Gong 2.
