This event honors two CIYC members, Bob Cooke and Neil Underwood, who were very active racers and instilled the fun and excitement of sailboat racing into their children and grandchildren. Bob Cooke's Memorial Race is for double-handed crews, and Neil Underwood's Race if for crews of three or more.
