This race has a long tradition of being a fun, non-competitive mid-afternoon race for inexperienced skippers and crews to give racing a try! All boats are invited to participate in divisions of various skill levels with courses very similar to Sunset Series. No sail numbers, PHRF certificates, necessary. No entry fee, either. Experienced skippers are invited too! Participants who have not raced before are encouraged to sign up for the Intro To Yacht Racing event on the same day via https://www.meetup.com/intro-to-yacht-racing-march-23-2024/events/ There will be a skippers' meeting via Zoom on March 21 and again on March 23.
