The 2024 Blackbeard Regatta will be held at Blackbeard Sailing Club in New Bern NC on the Neuse River Sept 14-15, 2024. It is a 2-day fundraiser for Edward Teach Youth Sailing Assn (ETYSA). Any boat with a valid NC PHRF may enter. Classes are Spinnaker, Non-spinnaker, Cruising & Multi-hull.
