Entries are open to all active, life, and isolated Star skippers and must be eligible in accordance with STCR 26.1. Crews must comply with STCR 26.2 and World Sailing (WS) Eligibility Code, Regulation 19. Boats must comply with STCR 21. Only boats which comply with STCR 31.1.3 may be scored for the Blue Star District Championship. All boats will be scored for other event standings.
