About Event

The TTPYC Series Races are a collection of 4 races each month on Thursday evenings from May through July. See TTPYC.org for race dates. Races are held around the Des Moines Marina area, as designated by placards posted on the Committee Boat. First warning at 6:25 pm and first start at 6:30 pm.

    When RC displays the code flag “I” boats are prohibited from crossing the starting line in the wrong direction within one minute of the starting signal. Furthermore if called OCS you must clear yourself by sailing around one end of the line or the other. This means no “dipping” or “weaving the line” within one minute of the start. ...
