Blackbeard Sailing Club cordially invites all mono-hull sailboats 21 feet or over with a valid NC-PHRF Rating Certificate to attend the ECB Regatta and sail with us on the Neuse River near Upper Broad Creek. This is a PHRF Regatta for mono-hull sailboats. Class breaks on PHRF will be around 100 & 200 as determined solely by the R/C and will be announced at the skippers meeting. Three boats will constitute a class. Boats will race in their assigned PHRF Class. Classes may include; Spinnaker; Non-Spinnaker; & Cruising
