Blackbeard Sailing Club cordially invites all mono-hull sailboats 21 feet or over with a valid NC-PHRF Rating Certificate to attend the First Citizens Cup Regatta. This race will be a middle distance race, up the river, starting near government marker #8 at Minnesott Beach and finishing in Upper Broad Creek. Then we’ll have a catered meal and party on the deck at the club.
