The 2012 Houston Yacht Club Offshore Regatta will consist of two races Galveston-Freeport-Galveston. The first race (Friday May 04) will be organized pursuit-style with an assigned starting time based on PHRF handicap. The second race will be a standard start as described in Part 3 of the Racing Rules of Sailing for 2009 – 2012 - PHRF handicap will be applied to elapsed time.
