The PCISA Qualifier for the ISSA Singlehanded Championship for the Cressy Trophy. The top four sailors in both the Laser and Radial Divisions will advance to the national championship, also hosted by the US Sailing Center-Long Beach in November.
Sailor must be members of a current PCISA member school and meet all eligibility requirements as outlined in the NOR and Procedural Rules.
