The HYC Offshore Regatta is a race from Freeport to Galveston for spinnaker and non-spinnaker classes. The regatta is the second race of the TORC circuit (Texas Offshore Racing Circuit). Boats sailing in the spinnaker class will be eligible to win the Texas Navy Cup per the requirements listed in the Texas Navy Cup Deed of Gift. Boats sailing in the non-spinnaker class will be eligible to win the Samuel Rhoads Fisher Trophy per the requirements listed in the Samuel Rhoads Fisher Trophy Deed of Gift.
