Welcome to the International Optimist Regatta presented by Electronic Merchant Systems, Virgin Islands. The St. Thomas Yacht Club and the Virgin Island Sailing Association cordially invite you to attend the 2017 International Optimist Regatta.
Please be sure to register as soon as possible. We will have a maximum of 125 sailors for this year's event.
