This regatta is open to all boats with valid PHRF-GB certificates, boats entering GBCA club handicap, Multihulls sailing US Sailing Portsmouth Yardstick, and others that can form a one-design class, at the discretion of the Race Committee. A minimum of three boats is required to form a class. In this regatta, each yacht shall be allowed only two persons aboard while racing, one male and one female.
