    The predicted thunderstorms did not appear. Reasonable winds in the morning gave 125 Optimists, Laser Radials and Club 420s some good racing on the Magothy River off of Gibson Island Thursday. In the afternoon the sun came out and the breeze became more fickle and variable. The Optimists were able to complete five races while the Laser and 420 sailors completed four.
