Changes to the Notice of Race Lightning New Year Regatta N-1 LMSA 2016 Lightning New Year Regatta Notice to Skippers LMSA is making the following changes to the NOR for the subject regatta. These changes effect the start time on section 7. Schedule. BACKROUND The Organizing Committee due to day light savings has moved the start time of the race on Saturday January 23, 2016.
