Notice of Redress Hearing DISC KISS Spring Series Race 5, May 7, 2024, Spinnaker Fleet. A redress hearing will be held on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 7 p.m. via Zoom. The Zoom address will be sent to the judges, parties, and their witnesses. Parties, when you receive the Zoom address, please forward the address to your witnesses. Black Squirrel requests redress, alleging an improper action by the Race Committee in moving the starting line and not changing the starting time for the Spinnaker Fleet. Redress may affect the scores of boats in the Spinnaker Fleet in Race 5 and the Spring Series. Any boat in the Spinnaker Fleet may request to become a party and attend the hearing.
