PHRF Race Postponed to Sunday - First gun 12:25

Change to PHRF/Portsmouth SI Rule 9.1

Rule 9.1 is changed to: No boat will be finished after 1630hrs CDT. Postponements to the start time will also be added to the finish time limit. Boats that have not finished within the time limit will be scored DNF. This changes RRS 35.

Change to PHRF/Portsmouth SI Rule 4.1

Rule 4.1 is changed to: One race or two are scheduled. The approximate starting time is 1230 hrs CDT, March 26, 2017.

PHRF Race Postponed to Sunday

Due to inclement weather Saturday, the Race Committee has rescheduled the PHRF race to Sunday, March 26, 2017. PHRF registration will continue to be open at One Design registration on Saturday, March 25, 2017.
