As of 2200 hours on May 24, no penalty acknowledgements had been received by the race committee.

Penalty Acknowledgements, May 17th

The RC received the following penalty acknowledgement forms for racing on Wednesday May 17th:
- Harbor 20: Merlyn/Ward Anderson, 30%, in incident with Velella/Marino diMarzo
- PHRF 2: Swiss Miss/Gisela Shaughnessy, 10%
- J105: Better Mousetrap/Bob Putnam, 30%, in incident with Crescendo/Angelo Guarino
The scores will be updated to reflect these penalties by the start of racing on Wednesday May 24th.
