14.3 is ammended as follows :
Notices will be posted within 30 minutes of the protest time limit to inform competitors of hearings in which they are parties or named as witnesses.
Hearings will be held at the conference room located in the second floor of the US Sailing Center.
When practicable, hearings may begin before the end of protest time

This Notice affects the 49er Course .
The offset mark 1A is herewith removed and the leeward marks 2S and 2P will be positioned to windward of the Signal Boat.

Revised NOR (version 1.14.2010)

A revised NOR has been posted for the 2010 470/49er NA Championship. The revision changes paragraph 7, in as much, that the 470 class boat will not need to undergo inspection and measurement.
