1 = PHRF A // 2 = Martin 24x & PHRF B & J24 // 3 = Ranger 20 // 4 = Cruising // Due to lack of PHRF handicaps - Martin, Wavelength & J24s could not be placed in PHRF B. Sailors in these classes will be asked by RC if they are willing to be placed in a level spinnaker fleet.
