Amendment Number 1 August 15, 2025 The starting line for PHRF Distance Race has been amended to accommodate required line length and fleet composition. 9 THE START The starting line will be between a staff displaying an orange flag on the race committee vessel moored to Y mark and the course side of X mark. The RC mooring buoy located mid line does not form part of the start line and will not be used for starting purposes.
