Start/Finish Lines:  The starting line will be between Buoy 14 and the northeast corner of the outer dock to the Rose City Yacht Club (RCYC).  The Committee Boat will be anchored midway along the starting line.  Boats starting eastbound will cross the starting line on the Oregon side of the committee boat.  Boats starting westbound will cross the starting line on the Washington side of the Committee Boat.  The finish line will be between the committee boat and Buoy #14.  The finish line is restricted for boats not finishing.  

Eastbound Course:  The course for eastbound boats is Start, round No. 19 Green Buoy located on the west side of the I-205 Bridge, round No. 3 Green Buoy located on the east side of the I-5 Bridge, then Finish.  All marks are rounded to port.

Westbound Course:  The course for west bound boats is Start, round No. 3 Green Buoy located on the east side of the I-5 Bridge, round No. 19 Green Buoy located on the west side of the I-205 Bridge, then Finish.  All marks are rounded to port.

Time Limit:  The course must be completed within four (4) hours to be scored.
