Due to low water levels making it difficult to launch and retrieve keelboats, the keelboat division of the 2013 Colorado Governor’s Cup will not be held. All references to keelboats in the Notice of Race and/or sailing instructions are to be disregarded. Keelboat entries will not be accepted. Competitors are encouraged instead to enter dinghy or multihull divisions which will be held.
