Good afternoon Ladies, welcome to the 2014 SMSA Girl's championship (Gill Trophy). Here is some logistical info that will make your visit to Dennis YC easier and more enjoyable. First, go to the regatta website. All the regatta info can be found here. http://www.regattanetwork.com/event/8629#_home On the site you will find: 1) A note from Clinic Directors Liz Powers, Cindy Muther, and Taylor Ladd regarding Monday's clinic. It includes what time to show up, when you need to be ready, and what to bring. 2) Sailing Instructions 3) A link to update your registration page. If your registration is still listed as "pending" or your sail number is "TBD" or "1234" or "unknwn" make the effort to figure out what it actually is and fix it before Monday. Here is another link to your registration page Since you are the author of this email, the following link will not work and is only printed for layout reference: Click Here Link: https://www.regattanetwork.com/clubmgmt/applet_registration_form.php?regatta_id=8629&edit=1&token= 4) If you have entered date but not paid, you are not registered. If you are still planning to attend, please complete your registration today. Becasue you are after the deadline, you can expect to pay a late fee. Since you are the author of this email, the following link will not work and is only printed for layout reference: Click Here Link: https://www.regattanetwork.com/clubmgmt/applet_registration_payment.php?regatta_id=8629&token= 5) When you arriving at Dennis YC (4 Harbor Rd Sesuit Harbor East Dennis, MA) you will be direct to where to unload your trailer. Trailers and cars will then be directed to the town landing on the east side of the harbor. Parking is $10/(car & trailer) per day. You will be shuttled back to the club via powerboat. Coach boats can be launched from the East side of the Harbor too. 6) SMSA would like to run a plastic free regatta. We will have gator aid jugs of water on boats all three days. Please bring a reusable water bottle to be re-filled when you get thirty. What else? The website should have all the info that you need to make your trip to the Gill fun and fulfilling. I look forward to seeing you all on Monday or Tuesday, Rob Hurd SMSA Administer SouthernMassSailing@Gmail.com

Dear ladies,
We are excited for the 2014 Gill Clinic. It is going to be a fun-filled day! Attached are the detailed clinic schedule and brief bios of the clinic leaders.
We ask that everyone submit one question (about anything related to sailing and racing) via email by midnight on Saturday, July 19. Email your question with the subject line “Gill Question” to Liz Powers at vhycprogramdirector@gmail.com.
Everyone should bring a bag lunch to the clinic.
Everyone should bring a notebook to record notes from the chalk talks.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
Cindy, Taylor, and Liz
