NOR section 2.2 (Eligibility) has been revised as follows: 2.2 Dinghy Challenge Cup: Each team participating in this team event must enter four boats. Each competing team is limited to one boat in each of the following classes: Optimist, Laser Radial or Sunfish, Club 420, and Flying Scot. We encourage, but do not require, all team members to be members of the same yacht club. More than one team per yacht club may enter.
