Sail 1009 was determined to have violated rule 11 (windward /leeward) during prestart by failing to give room to 4114. Decision was to disqualify 1009.
Sail 4114 was found to have violated rule 14.B (requirement to avoid contact). However, since damage was minimal sail 4114 was not penalized.
