FACTS FOUND Both boats were on a beat to windward approaching the finsh line. 683 was on port tack & 389 was on starboard tack. 389 (a right-of-way boat) held her course until it was apparent that 683 was not keeping clear. 389 attempted to alter course to avoid at the last minute. 683 made contact (bow to port quarter) causing significant damage. 389 immediately retired due to damage.		 Boat 683 is scored DSQ
