1. Tiburon acquired right of way and shall initially give Cattitude room to keep clear. Tiburon does not and breaks RRS 15. 2. Tiburon could reasonably avoid contact with Cattitude and breaks RRS 14.
3. When Cattitude passed head to wind she was required to keep clear of Freedom which she does not breaking RRS 13. 4. Cattitude could not reasonably avoid contact with Freedom and does not break RRS14.
5. Because Cattitude was compelled to break RRS 13 by Tiburon breaking RRS 15 she is exonerated per RRS 64.1 (a). |
Since Tiburon retired no further penalty.
