Thr RC says the competitor crossed between the mark boat and the mark, not the RC boat. The mark boat was flying an RC flag and there was a gun shot. The competitor could only assume she finished not leaving her the opportunity to correct an error. The competitor needs to be finished in the position where she crossed between the mark boat and the mark. Redress given.
