Tge tune of 40 sec to tack, gybe and get back to the boat back up to speed seemed consistent with reality.	Boomer broke rule 24.1 and was therfore considered "Racing" by definition. She interfered with a boat that was "Racing" (Keet) position in the race worse. Therefore Keet was granted 40 sec and Boomer was DSQ'ed. POSTED: May 2, 11:31
